1 handful of sugar
2 cups garlic powder
1 tablespoon of paprika
3 cups flour
1-gallon peanut oil or oil of choice
1 gallon jar dill pickles

2 tablespoons Badia complete
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 tablespoon cayenne pepper

Directions
Get 3 Large bowls
In the first bowl, place your chicken and add 1 Cup of garlic powder
Then, get 1 gallon jar of dill pickles and pour the liquid from the jar into the bowl of chicken and garlic powder to cover the chicken. Now, massage the chicken. Then cover with Saran wrap and let marinate for 4 hours. If possible, marinate overnight.
After your chicken has marinated. Set it aside to become room temperature.
Then, get two separate large bowls.
In the second bowl, pour in your milk and eggs. And stir. Now set aside. While it sits to the side waiting, let’s prepare the third bowl.
In the third bowl, add your flour, 1 cup garlic powder, 1/2 cup onion powder, 2tbsps Badia complete, 1 tbsp ground black pepper, 1 tbsp cayenne pepper, 1tbsp paprika and 1 handful of sugar and mix well.
Then, align all three bowls in a line. 1st bowl, 2nd bowl, 3rd bowl. Basically, you have just created an assembly line.
Now, prepare your deep fryer with oil and preheat to 400 degrees. You know the oil is ready when you sprinkle a little flour in, and it begins to sizzle. Also, do not put any chicken in while it is heating up to the correct temperature because the food will not cook properly. As a matter of fact, that is the equivalent of putting food in the oven while it is preheating. As a result, the food could burn.
Next, remove a piece of chicken from the 1st bowl and place it into the 2nd bowl. Now remove it from the second bowl and place it into the 3rd bowl of flour mixture. Make sure that it is coated very well.
Now, that the oil is at the optimum temperature, place in the coated chicken.
Let fry 4 minutes.
Finally, remove from oil and drain. After 3 minutes of sitting undisturbed, it will be ready to eat.
