How to Make Bahama Breeze Jamaican Marinade

Bahama Breeze is a restaurant chain specializing in Caribbean flavored fresh seafood, chicken and steaks. The menu features such dishes as jerk chicken, pasta, seafood, paella. Tropical untraced salads and cocktails.

Yields 1 1/2 cups

Ingredients

1/4 cup olive oil

2 tablespoons Jamaican jerk seasoning

1/4 cup orange juice

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1/4 cup rice wine vinegar

1 tablespoon dark Jamaican rum

Juice of one lime

 1 seeded and minced habanero pepper

2 cloves minced garlic

 1/2 cup chopped red onion

2 chopped green onions

1/2 teaspoon Creole seasoning

Directions

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Stir with a whisk. Then cover and refrigerate. It can be stored for up to two weeks.
