Spinach and artichoke dip is the perfect addition to any gathering. It is very flavorful and mouthwatering. It is great with crackers, breadsticks, or chips.

Serves 2

Ingredients

1 (14 oz) can drained and chopped artichoke hearts

1 (10 oz.) Box frozen chopped spinach

1 (10 oz) Jar Alfredo sauce or you can make fresh Alfredo sauce from scratch

1 Cup shredded Parmesan and Romano cheese blend

2 diced roma tomatoes

4 oz softened cream cheese

1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1 teaspoon fresh minced garlic

Directions

Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl.

Spread the mixture into a small baking

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Bake for 30 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
