Easy Rosemary Pan Chicken is a simple recipe. It’s savory and the ingredients come together and create a tasty delight for all to enjoy.

Ingredients
- 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts 2 large chicken breasts
- 4 Tablespoons butter
- 1 ½ Tablespoons olive oil
- 1 ½ cup heavy whipping cream
- ¾ cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup garlic powder
- 1/4 cup onion powder
- 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/8 tsp paprika
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp of dark brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 3 Tablespoons fresh Rosemary chopped
Instructions
To Make the Chicken
- If you have two large chicken breasts, slice each one in in half horizontally in order to make four cutlets total.
- Tenderize cutlets to make sure that they are of even thickness.
- Now put chicken in bowl and add garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, paprika, dark brown sugar, and soy sauce.
- Massage ingredients into the chicken.
- In a large skillet over medium high heat, add the olive oil. Let the olive oil heat up, then add the chicken to the pan.
- Cook the chicken for four minutes without touching on one side.
- Then flip each piece and cook it for another four minutes. Set aside on a clean plate.
To Make the Creamy Rosemary Sauce
- Using the same pan, add butter, cream, broth, garlic, black pepper, and rosemary.
- Now whisk over medium heat to combine well.
- Once bubbling, reduce heat to simmer for 5 minutes while stirring occasionally.
- After five minutes. Stir once more and pour over chicken.
- Serve with pasta, rice or veggies.
