Easy Rosemary Pan Chicken is a simple recipe. It’s savory and the ingredients come together and create a tasty delight for all to enjoy.

Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts 2 large chicken breasts
  • 4 Tablespoons butter
  • 1 ½ Tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 ½ cup heavy whipping cream
  • ¾ cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup onion powder
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/8 tsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp of dark brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper 
  • 3 Tablespoons fresh Rosemary chopped

Instructions

To Make the Chicken

  • If you have two large chicken breasts, slice each one in in half horizontally in order to make four cutlets total.
  • Tenderize cutlets to make sure that they are of even thickness.
  • Now put chicken in bowl and add garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, paprika, dark brown sugar, and soy sauce.
  • Massage ingredients into the chicken.
  • In a large skillet over medium high heat, add the olive oil. Let the olive oil heat up, then add the chicken to the pan.
  • Cook the chicken for four minutes without touching on one side.
  • Then flip each piece and cook it for another four minutes. Set aside on a clean plate.

To Make the Creamy Rosemary Sauce

  • Using the same pan, add butter, cream, broth, garlic, black pepper, and rosemary.
  • Now whisk over medium heat to combine well.
  • Once bubbling, reduce heat to simmer for 5 minutes while stirring occasionally.
  • After five minutes. Stir once more and pour over chicken.
  • Serve with pasta, rice or veggies.
